Upcoming LMS Downtime

The LMS will be unavailable from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on May 29th (5/29).

What is changing? During this downtime we will be changing how you login to the LMS. Today you use your UW Medicine Account login (AMC Account). After this change you will use your UW NetID account.

What can you do to prepare for this change? Make sure you know your UW NetID Login and Password. Test it for yourself by logging in to your “MY UW” Portal http://myuw.washington.edu/. If you have issues logging in, follow the Troubleshooting links on the page.

Remember: To login into the LMS today – use your UW Medicine Account login (AMC\)

Workstations

On-line training modules are tested and certified to work in the AMC environment.  These training modules will typically work outside of the AMC environment, including access from home using personal devices.  UW Medicine ITS policy includes support for personal devices on an as time allows basis.  If you cannot launch or complete on-line training modules please contact the Help Desk at (206) 543-7012.
